Purpose of this disclaimer

This disclaimer explains the limits of AI-generated content and AI-powered experiences offered by Synergy Services LLC ("Synergy," "we," "us") on synergy-services.org and in our services. It applies to the AI package advisor, assessment recommendations, AI agent demonstrations, and any live AI agent we implement for you.

AI output may contain errors

AI-generated responses, recommendations and summaries may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They must not be relied on as a sole basis for business, legal, financial, medical or other significant decisions. Human review is required before acting on any AI output.

When you communicate with a live AI agent experience provided by Synergy, you will be notified that you are communicating with an AI assistant for Synergy Services. Responses may contain errors, and you can request human assistance at any time.

Not professional advice

Assessment recommendations, package advisor suggestions and demonstrations are preliminary guidance produced with visible or disclosed rules. They are not professional advice and do not establish a consultant-client relationship. Final recommendations are confirmed in a human consultation.

No guarantee of results

We make no guarantees of specific performance, savings, revenue, response rates or business outcomes from AI agents or automation. Any figures discussed during a consultation come from your own data and agreed measurement plans, and this Website never publishes invented results or testimonials.

Demonstrations and simulations

Demonstration experiences that are not connected to live systems are clearly labeled. Simulated conversations, bookings and CRM actions are illustrations only and do not send messages, create records or charge payments.

Voice and recording notices

Voice AI experiences, where implemented, identify themselves as AI at the start of a call where required. Call recording or consent notices are activated only after appropriate legal review and configuration; recording is not enabled by default.
