Who we are

Synergy Services LLC is an AI agent development and business consulting agency. We help businesses explore, plan and implement AI employees, workflow automation, CRM integration and related services.

Service descriptions and availability

AI employee listings, service descriptions and demonstrations on this Website describe configurable role concepts and planned offerings. They are not offers of instantly deployed, currently operating agents, and no listing guarantees availability, performance or results.

Demonstration experiences that are not yet connected to live systems are clearly labeled as such. We do not present unconfigured integrations or simulations as live services.

Consultations and proposals

The initial AI consultation is free. Submitting a consultation request or assessment does not create a confirmed appointment, contract, subscription or paid engagement.

Any paid work requires a separate approved proposal or a signed agreement (see the AI Development Service Terms) stating scope, responsibilities, pricing, setup fees, recurring fees and project terms. Setup and ongoing management are quoted separately after discovery; we do not publish unapproved prices.

Purchases and payments

Digital products sold through this Website are one-time purchases processed by our payment provider, with applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Delivery is digital: download links are released after the payment provider confirms your completed payment.

All digital product sales are final. Refunds, returns and exchanges are not offered, as described in our Digital Products & Refund Policy.
