What you are buying

Synergy Services LLC ("Synergy," "we," "us") sells digital products through synergy-services.org. The current product, "Build Your First AI Agent — The Beginner's DIY AI Agent Builder Guide," is a $25.00 USD one-time purchase that includes the e-book (PDF), the bonus "50 Ready-to-Customize AI Employee Prompts" (PDF), and both files as one ZIP bundle.

Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price of the product is not changed by this policy.

Your acknowledgment at checkout

Before checkout, you are asked to confirm that you agree to the Website Terms & Conditions and this Digital Products & Refund Policy, and that you understand all digital sales are final. Checkout cannot be submitted until that required acknowledgment is given.

A separate, optional checkbox asks whether you would like to receive promotional email from us. Declining it never blocks or affects your purchase.

We securely record the policy version you agreed to, the date and time of your acknowledgment, and your order identifiers, so we can demonstrate which terms applied to your purchase.

Digital delivery

Delivery is digital and starts as soon as your payment is confirmed: download links appear on your purchase confirmation page and remain available when you return to that page. Files are delivered through private, time-limited download links; they are not publicly downloadable.

The files are in PDF and ZIP format and download to your device. Nothing is shipped physically.

All sales are final

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after payment and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits or cancellations once a purchase is completed, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

Please review the product description, the included files list and these terms carefully before purchasing. Your checkout acknowledgment records that you understood this final-sale policy before buying.

If something goes wrong

If a file will not download, is corrupted, or does not match its description, contact info@synergy-services.org with your order number. We will correct the problem by providing a working copy of the file or restoring access — this is our commitment; it is not a refund.

Final-sale terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you that cannot be waived.

License and permitted use

Your purchase licenses the product for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files or their contents. Violation of this license may result in access being withdrawn.
