Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Synergy Services LLC ("Synergy," "we," "us"), located at 2136 Ford Parkway, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55116, United States, handles information collected through synergy-services.org. It applies to consultation requests, assessments, the AI package advisor, purchases of digital products, and privacy requests.

Information we collect

Consultation forms collect your name, email, company, optional phone number, industry and message. If you send an assessment, we also store the answers and initial recommendations you reviewed. Do not include sensitive health, financial, credential or payment information in free-text fields.

Digital product orders are processed by our payment provider. We receive and store your order number, the email address used at checkout, the purchase amount, and the policy version and timestamp of your terms acknowledgment. We do not store card numbers; payment details are handled by the payment provider.

Privacy request forms collect the name, email, request type and details you provide so we can process your request.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your request and contact you about a consultation, to deliver purchased digital products, to process privacy requests, and to keep the required records of your terms acknowledgment.

Optional marketing consent is recorded separately and is never required to request a consultation or complete a purchase. If you decline optional marketing, your purchase and service are not affected. No automated marketing messages are currently sent.

Storage, access and security

Requests, orders and privacy requests are stored privately in our managed cloud database with row-level security enabled. They are not publicly readable through the Website, and form data is validated before storage. Access is limited to authorized personnel for legitimate business purposes.

Your assessment stays in your current browser session until you choose to submit it; unsent answers are lost on reload.

Sharing with third parties

We share only what is necessary: payment and order data with our payment processor to complete purchases, and infrastructure providers that host the Website and database. Consultation submissions are not connected to CRM automation or calendar booking, so your submission does not trigger a CRM action, payment or confirmed appointment.

Cookies and tracking

This Website does not currently enable optional marketing or analytics tracking. See the Cookies & Communications Notice for details. Any future optional tracking will require appropriate consent before it is enabled.

Your rights and privacy requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw optional marketing consent, using our Privacy Request form.

We honor verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Business and financial records that we must legally retain (such as order and tax records) are not deleted automatically; we will tell you what was retained and why.

Retention

Consultation and assessment submissions are retained while relevant to your request and our business relationship. Order records, including terms acknowledgments, are retained as required for tax, accounting and legal-compliance purposes. We maintain a retention schedule before broader commercial operations and will publish it as it is finalized.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy is updated when new services or connections change how information is processed. The effective date above changes whenever we publish a revision, and the version number identifies each edition.
